Nobody whose blog i read updates it at regular intervals. It's really not a requirement of tech etiquette. Just blog when you have something to say and you want to say it. There's a thing called RSS which allows people using modern browsers like Safari and Firefox, to see with the bookmark weather you've written new posts or not. Your blog has an RSS link down in the bottom right, so you have provided a means for your readers to avoid the blind checking.
